Kristen Schroeder’s latest picture book, SO MUCH SNOW, has received a starred review from The Bulletin!
SO MUCH SNOW is a sweet, rhyming text that follows animals through a winter storm. Just as they see hints of spring…the snow starts again! With beautifully whimsical illustrations by Sarah Jacoby, the picture book is set to release with Random House Studio on October 25, 2022.
The Bulletin for the Center of Children’s Books says, “The forest creatures’ perspectives are the central focus in this lyrical narrative, with their observations dancing with alliteration and abstract sceneries that will leave readers in awe,” and adds, “Playful and full of wonder, this is an ideal pick for a seasonal storytime that celebrates wintertime joy and emphasizes an appreciation of the beauty of nature.”
Congratulations, Kristen, from all of us at Team M&O! Pre-order your copy from Penguin Random House, Bookshop.org, Barnes & Noble, IndieBound, Target. And in the meantime check out Kristen’s website for more information on her and her other picture books!
